You build the hardware.
We deploy it.
Jackstay builds and operates the workforce, software and operational infrastructure required to deploy physical products at scale.
Give us the rollout. We handle the field.
You give Jackstay the deployment locations, requirements, volume and timeline. We build the workforce and run the operation from first qualified installer to verified completion.
Recruit
Create capacity where the rollout needs it.
Qualify
Filter and certify installers for real work.
Match
Route the right job to the right installer.
Schedule
Coordinate customers, installers and timing.
Execute
Get the physical deployment completed.
Verify
Collect proof and measure quality.
Resolve
Handle failed jobs and edge cases.
Learn
Use every deployment to improve the network.
The bottleneck isn't finding contractors.
It is creating enough reliable deployment capacity to meet the rollout schedule. Jackstay recruits, qualifies and operates the network instead of asking the hardware company to build it.
Already deploying Starlink across Spain.
Starlink is Jackstay’s first deployment. The network is live in Spain and has been operating since June 2026.
When more capacity was needed, Jackstay generated about 200 applicants, filtered and interviewed candidates, trained and certified the strongest, and measured their performance on real jobs.
Today, one customer is paying Jackstay to operate the Starlink installation network in Spain. Monthly installation volume is approximately $84k.

Built and operated today with n8n, Postgres/Baserow, Node.js, WhatsApp Cloud API, Python and AI coding agents.
Software turns the network into infrastructure.
The platform coordinates the operational work around every deployment, so the network can grow without the operations team growing linearly.
Who can do the job?
Recruitment, qualification and performance data create a reliable installer pool.
Who should do this job?
Matching, scheduling, customer communication and dispatch keep the rollout moving.
Did it happen correctly?
Evidence, QA, reconciliation and exception handling close the loop.
Recruit → Match → Coordinate → Verify → Resolve
AI is being applied wherever operational judgment is repetitive, with the goal of reducing the human work required per deployment.

Built by an operator who has lived the problem.
Before Jackstay, Charles Deknudt spent five years building and automating installation operations at Eltex.
At 21, I started Eltex as a solo founder and built it from zero to €10M of revenue and about 100 people, running installation operations across multiple markets.
I know what it takes to make physical deployment work.
Jackstay takes the operating problem I spent five years solving inside one installation company and builds the infrastructure around it.
